The Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association is a non-profit organization representing plaintiff attorney's who advocate and fight for the rights of consumers. Plaintiff attorney's take cases they view as worthy, invest their own resources in developing and taking such cases to court, often over a several year period, and are paid only from those cases which are successful.

Brought in in early 2002, we have increased membership by 30%, attracted corporate sponsors to help fund programs and services for SCCTLA members and succeeded in planning and executing on major events that positively promote the image of Trial Lawyers before the entire legal community. More importantly, the SCCTLA is playing a major role in ensuring that Judges that are appointed or elected to the bench continue a tradition of fairness and impartialness.
